1. ORDER 
You can add goods to your cart. Once completedm you will continu to checkout where you can check your shipping address. Then you can continue to delivery and payment options and then review your order. In the next step you will complete your order and you will be forwarded to the payment method of your choice. Please do not use "back" button on your web browser during the purchase procedure. After you place the otder, we will check availability of the goods and email you within 10 days. 

2. DELIVERY TERMS 
a) Physical goods such as CD, DVD, vinyl, merchandise etc. will be shipped out withing 1-2 weeks. 
b) Electronic tickets (e-tickets) are processed within 2 business days since we receive your payment when the money are transferred via bank wire. If paid via online card payment or PayPal, the e-tickets are processed within couple of minutes and mailed out to the email address given during the ordering process. 

3. PAYMENT METHODS, SHIPPING AND HANDLING
a) online card payment: secured via 3D secure payment gate. The following cards are accepted: VISA, MasterCard a Diners Club. Physical goods are shipped via Czech Post, the rated vary from 5 to 10 EUR depending on the package weight. E-tickets are delivered free of charge to the email address given during the ordering process.
b) PayPal: - please note that 6% transfer and manipulation fees will be added the total price of the goods. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE a) Each shindy.cz buyer is entitled to claim the products in case of defect within 24 months after delivery. THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: products damaged during transit (such damage must be discussed with the carrier) products damaged due to regullar use and wear over time products damaged due to unusual use or damage caused by the owner damage caused by external events and incorrect handling b) The buyer is obliged to review products and notify the seller within 3 days.
c) The buyer must notice any obvious defects by e-mail (tickets@obscure.cz) within 3 days from receipt of goods
d) It is required in all cases to submit a copy of the invoice and proof of payment and delivery of products with a letter describing the complaint.
e) Seller assumes no liability for damages resulting from the operation with the products and improper use of products as well as for damage caused by external events and incorrect handling. This kind of defects are not covered by the warranty.
f) Complaints will be handled in accordance with the Czech law.
